I was inspired during my visit to the check-up center for registration in Al Karama medical center in Dubai. Despite the large number of people, one thing stood out to me: the person handling the x-ray section, Mr. Vishnu. He was managing the work of three people, including registering applicants, assisting them, and conducting x-rays. What fascinated me most was his kindness, helpfulness, and constant smile. Amazingly efficient place to get your medical done in approx 15 minutes only. You just need your passport in original. Dont need to get any print outs of visa / entry permit or the already paid payment receipt for the medical. You can have them on your phone and show when asked.Paid RTA car parking is on the main road next to the facility and not very difficult to find. Enter the premises and head over to the reception and show them the medical test payment receipt on your phone and they will give you a token number. Head to the medical test waiting area by following the blue colour line marled on the floor. In the waiting area they will check your passport and evisa copy (on your phone) and ask you to head to the medical test waiting area, where they will issue few stickers to you to be given to the testing personal. Then head for blood sample collection followed by x-ray scan. Voila! Done and you are free to go.

I had a fantastic experience at this center, which I have been visiting for years. They constantly improve their services, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The fast track service waiting room is comfortable, offering tea and coffee, and the entire process took just about 10 minutes. The nurse, Samah Hussain, who took my blood was very experienced, and I didn’t feel any pain.Monis Tariq was incredibly helpful during my visit. He offered to use the fast track service and stayed with me throughout the entire process. His pleasant demeanor made the experience much less stressful.Both- Samah’s and Moniss support and professionalism truly stood out, making my visit even more positive.

I am consultatnt Allerghy and Immunology and have golden visa. I had applied for my daughter visit visa from Amar, Dubai International Airport terminal 3 at arriving part of terminal on 9th of September. The gu Mohammad was new to the Amar and he did not know much and it took him long time to fill the forms and had to ask at every step. It took more than 2 hours.It was a bit annoying.Any way for 2 to 3 days there was no response from any where so I had to contact online help and to my good luck, wonderful and knowledgeable person Mr Hassan Nailili was attending. He immmediately found out there was some document was missing and he helped me uploading it. It again took 2 days and the visa was not approved but I was not geting it by email. Again I approached the helpline and luckily again Mr.Hassan Naili was there he tried hard to manage it but there was again some problem. So I had to go to the airport again to the immigration office from my busy clinic and thenOfficere on the airport was kind enough to manage it and send to me by email. This problem must be addressed by the immigration office to help and facilitate the public.My daughter had left dubai after about 6 days and then I again reequested amar help and luckily again Mr Hasan was there and he managed evereything and helped me in the refund of the security.I like to pay my tributes and my appreciation for Mr Hassen Naili for being very professional, knowledgeable, polite, kind to the pubiic. He is always there even late hours to help the public and very patiently listens to the problems and answeres and satisfiy.
