I have been using their services for several years and always found it to be most efficient and smooth.However this time I had to renew my daughters UAE visa onto her new passport with new nationality and faced unnecessary confusion due to the AMER Supervisor lady on duty who misguided me , she was clearly uninformed and gave me completely wrong advise of a very complicated and doubleexpenses unnecessary process. It was my luck that Mr Mubasher Abdul(counter 21) from the Salem typing and Mr Hamdan Hashim (counter 13) from the AMER section were the two people who really knew the process fully well and completed the process smoothly. Excellent service by them and all with a smile. I WOULD LIKE TO APPRECIATE THEIR SERVICE. The Supervisor lady clearly needs more training and knowledge of the system.Please help her to learn so that she doesn’t give wrong information to others also in future. Thank you.

Despite the large number of people, one thing stood out to me: the person handling the x-ray section, Mr. Vishnu. He was managing the work of three people, including registering applicants, assisting them, and conducting x-rays. What fascinated me most was his kindness, helpfulness, and constant smile. Amazingly efficient place to get your medical done in approx 15 minutes only. You just need your passport in original. Dont need to get any print outs of visa / entry permit or the already paid payment receipt for the medical. You can have them on your phone and show when asked.Paid RTA car parking is on the main road next to the facility and not very difficult to find. Enter the premises and head over to the reception and show them the medical test payment receipt on your phone and they will give you a token number. Head to the medical test waiting area by following the blue colour line marled on the floor. In the waiting area they will check your passport and evisa copy (on your phone) and ask you to head to the medical test waiting area, where they will issue few stickers to you to be given to the testing personal. Then head for blood sample collection followed by x-ray scan. Voila! Done and you are free to go.

The fast track service waiting room is comfortable, offering tea and coffee, and the entire process took just about 10 minutes. The nurse, Samah Hussain, who took my blood was very experienced, and I didn’t feel any pain.Monis Tariq was incredibly helpful during my visit. He offered to use the fast track service and stayed with me throughout the entire process. His pleasant demeanor made the experience much less stressful.Both- Samah’s and Moniss support and professionalism truly stood out, making my visit even more positive.

Yes, you can.Mr Hussein / Professional / Fast and understands the process. Great service and speedy delivery and friendly while working efficiently.Mr Ibrahim / Finance and Cashier section / great smile and explained the different charges and advised on best methods to make payments. Payments are normally thehard part 🙂 but they made it seamless.A few different steps which includes application -> Cashier payment. (this frees up the counter for other customers while you make payment).Worked smoothly. From start to finish. A process that normally takes 2-3 days each day was done in 1hr 👍🏽 Day 1 and 1.5hr in Day 2
