    This tower is exceptionally beautiful. It has a couple of restaurants on its ground floor. The aesthetics of this building is gorgeous. The lift is different from the regular. Has so many lifts and i doubt if there could be any lift overcrowding in this building because a system keeps assigning different lift for your desired floor. Its so pretty.

    A well maintained 20-year-old building in SheikhZayed Road. Earlier, it was 100% residential complex. Now, it has been converted into a commercial property. Many offices are there now. Opposite to the Museum of Future. Walking distance from the Dubai Metro.Downside:Inadequate paid parking.Only two elevators.

    This tower is beautiful, it has many beautiful offices for rent and sale (contact this number +971544108995) and there are two restaurants on the ground floor. The aesthetics of this building are amazing. A lift is different from a normal lift. It is a well-equipped building with several elevators.

    I was there at Platinum immigration for an inquiry @22nd floor, and the recruiters office looks good. But I could not have 100% trust in them. please do let me know if anyone been there for the same.

    Its a business tower, always working. There are restaurants and groceries down the building. They have fast dedicated lifts which go to specific towers and floors so need to understand before entering the lifts. Security and reception will might help in case youre visiting. Outside paid parking is available 10aed per hour for visitors.

    I couldnt be more happier today. We found a very affordable sushi place in world trade center and its very goodddddd . Meet the best server/employee ever Aye mon soe. I will surely be back here with friends next time!!

    My friends have lived here almost 4years and I find the building lovely. The standard of the living quarters have not declined in the 4 years. The only minus for me is making visitors pat for parking in residential quarters

    Really good place to live in, situated in Sheikh Zayed Road . Equipped with a pool and a gym . Near 2 metro station ( Emirates metro station and World Trade Center metro station) about 450 m . You will find all kind of coffee shop ( Tim Horton , Starbucks, عيوش) and also so many restaurants ( max Donald’s , KFC , Burger King …)
