For my first time being in Dubai, i stayed at the Magnificent - Damac Distinction Downtown. It was the perfect apartment to stay at for a few days. It was a very beautiful and clean apartment. The apartment was a 3-bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and the most beautiful balcony i have ever seen. From the balcony you had an amazing view over the city with the nice tall buildings. Especially at night the view was even more gorgeous. When we arrived at the apartment we were welcomed by our amazing host named Vincent. He was a very friendly man and he explained to us everything we needed to know about the apartment to make our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated this. I really would like to advise everyone to book this amazing apartment you wont be disappointed. Take a look at a few amazing shots from the poolarea and the balcony I was talking about.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the two-bedroom apartment in downtown Dubai. The location was exceptional, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local attractions. The view from the apartment was stunning, adding a special touch to our stay. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness; the place was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities, including the pool, were excellent and contributed to a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Dubai.

INCREDIBLE stay!!! Magnificent Properties is easy to work with, professional, and creates lovely spaces. We had the best time at our amazing home rental in Dubai. It was perfect for our large group. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The view is incredible, every evening we would spend time on the balcony to watch the fountain show.the location is very nice. There is a grocery shop near by. About 10-15 walk to Dubai mall. And you never have to wait for the taxi.The management of the apartment is very nice, they help us with all our requests and made sure our stay is comfortable.

The property was amazing. The bedrooms had floor to ceiling windows that afforded amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. The apartment is furnished with modern, stylish furniture, and is very comfortable. The place was very clean. The staff at Magnificent are very responsive. They helped me navigate Dubai traffic, met me at the property, and arranged parking. All in all it was a great experience! My family will be back again for a longer stay!

Dubai Mall is just 5 mins walk away.The house is exactly as per picture; very clean, neat & tidy. Spacious for 7 adults & 1 child. Feel at home - you can cook & do the laundry.Should we be in Dubai again, we will definitely opt for Magnificent!

We enjoyed the spectacular view of Burj Khalifa & Dubai Fountain from the flat. Burj Khalifa & Supermarket were just 5 minute walk. The host was responsive and very helpful. The bedrooms, bathrooms, sala, kitchen were super clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back and stay again in this place. Super love the everyday view of Khalifa from the terrace, bedroom, dining room and sala.
