As a client of Maktabi for the past 6 months, I can confidently say this is an outstanding business center that truly stands out in Dubais competitive landscape. Working here regularly has given me a deep appreciation for what sets this place apart – not just the quality of the facilities, but the networking opportunities it provides.Ive had the pleasure of attending several events organized by the center, which consistently bring together professionals from various industries. As a newcomer here in the UAE, these events have made it quite easy for me to connect with like-minded individuals and expand my business network. Being strategically located at the heart of Dubais business ecosystem, Maktabi is perfectly accessible whether Im arriving by car or metro, which has been a huge advantage for my daily commute and client meetings.Special thanks to Sofia, who manages the center with exceptional professionalism and care, and her fantastic team, particularly RubyMae.

From day I entered their business center it was welcoming. Their team is friendly and offices are Brand New and Spacious. Best of all they have very good offers for rent. If you looking for a new office or desk in Business Center don’t think twice this is best place in the area. I highly recommend this place.

A great business center for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful space to work out of. Also they have a good view of the sheikh zayed road. The staff is very helpful and courteous, have made us feel right at home.The business center is located in the heart of Dubai in World Trade Center where our clients are able to access us easily. For getting around, it’s right next to the metro station which makes it very easy to reach. During exhibitions we have access to everything happening in the industry as we are located in the hub.All the amenities are very easily accessible and very well maintained. All in all a great place to work out of.

Maktabi will make you feel welcome in a very personal, homely way.here youll find immensely helpful staff, neat and well-maintained facilities alwaysRuby at the front desk will be an absolute delight to speak to in handling everything you need and she does it with a smile!Jason is the best at maintaining the facilities spotless and will always go beyond his assigned duties to make you feel welcome - I really appreciate a small gesture like untangling my cables and neatly tying them to make my desk look less messy. Thank you!Last, but not the least - Sofia, (the manager) will make sure you never lack any amenity. Shes friendly, approachable, and also has her door open to help you with everything to make this your office.In short, if youre looking for a quaint, cosy office without too many loud distractions around and a sense of personal hospitality, Maktabi is your choice.
