One of the best residential building in oud metha area. Huge terrace at podium level, gym and swimming pool and kids play areas. Spectacular view of sheikh zayed road and Dubai skyline. Spacious well designed apartments with big windows and decent size balconies. Some apartments get huge terraces. Next to eppco petrol station. Easy access and exit. Being in the vicinity of some schools, the entry and exit roads are a bit congested in the morning and afternoon.

What is this, my uncle? What is this, Katawato, Katawato? What a restaurant? A restaurant from the good old days. A restaurant from ancient heritage. The services are terrible.
