One Business Centre Emaar Square is the best place to be in Dubai for your office. You can start small and scale up. The people working in this location are very good and cooperative. The staff of this business centre will make you feel at home and are always proactive to the needs of the occupants. The housekeeping is top class. The tea and coffee is well stocked and of good quality. This facility ranks very high among the business centres in Dubai -

The office spaces are massive and clean, lighting is perfect, staff are friendly. Also they is the co-working space which I love.Free coffee and tea, also they have barista coffee made by Jake so you dont really need starbucks lol.Best part, its walking distance to Dubai Mall. -

We truly enjoy working from OBC - the office is amazingly beautiful and the management super organised and helpful.In the open workspace we always meet interesting people - for sure we will come more often to work there.By the way - I LOVE the coffee -
