    Cosy and tidy office!The staff is very helpful and friendly ☺️, this office has everything for comfortable and productive work. Especially a gorgeous sea view from the meeting room😍Convenient location, metro in walking distance.

    Had great stay. The stuff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious dishes. The rooms are stylish and cozy. There is a nice gym and swimming pool on the 8th floor.

    One of the nicest co-working spaces in Dubai. Located in the heart of the city, it’s not only hip and stylish but also very professional, organized and inspiring. Working here is an immense pleasure. Especially the luxury appeal to the office and the common areas such as cafeteria, meeting rooms, chill out area are amazing! Highly recommended.

    Zy is the best barista in town! Very polite and friendly and makes the best Mocha! I can tell you that it’s better than those fancy cafes! One Business Centre has done a fab job by creating such a congenial place for us to work!

    Superb! Meeting room is spacious with a nice view. Plus very outstanding customer service from Praise — she’s been very helpful from the moment we inquired until our last day of booking. From our catering needs, parking questions, invoices & other requests - she handled it very well. Same goes with her other colleagues, Ryan and Laila, - everyone were so accommodating.     These offices are top-notch - extremely clean, neat and makes you wanna take off your clothes, stay only in your underwear and socks while sitting behind your laptop holding a cup of warm coffee and looking out of the window this gorgeous panoramic view. But then you remember its a business center and you should behave properly as you are here to work.And the staff, let me tell you - you will forget you came to work, it feels like you are with your family, only without that annoying uncle who asks you too personal questions.TL:DRClean, neat, professional!10/10

    I love this hotel, its really one of my top 5 hotels in Dubai to go and stay in. Rooms are perfect, staff friendly and nice. Amazing clubs if you want to chill and dont want to go somewhere else . Amazing DJ and baristas. I was sad only because it was over booked for this holiday. But next weekend sure we will be there

    We have been at OBC for over six months, and have loved it so far. The reception teams led by Laila, Praise & Zyril have a genuine concern for their tenants and truly helpful.The offices are spacious, with amazing views of the Dubai skyline. I selected OBC for their central location, and being housed in a hotel with good dining options is a big plus.Definitely recommended for a post covid, agile business.

    One Business Centre is a great serviced office provider for start up companies, they offer a wide range of flexible working packages and services. The views from the office are outstanding looking on to the Palm Jumeriah and its a lovely environment to work in along with being easily accessible with friendly welcoming staff.
