    First house in Dubai and best decision :)Affordable rate for business bay and yet not bad buildings like many on this road. Rooms are spacious for 1bhk and sound proof was awesome - couldn’t hear any noise from the roads. Pool was one of the best in Dubai with Burj view and gym is good too. Highly recommend for anyone to consider this building

    I really thank Damac management and building Manager Mr. Amin, for their efforts in improving and re-focusing on maintenance and improvements that will be completed in the next phase of completely repainting the tower from the outside and renovating the main entrance in addition to constructing the service road.

    Friendly and polite staff, great location on the canal.Spacious gym and pool.I hope the 3rd/service elevator is fixed soon though, it will improve the waiting time for the lifts!

    Nicely sized flats, but with very limited storage options and tiny kitchens. Bathrooms are not well finished, its impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole room. Could use more sockets. Good sound proofing, good maintenance, decent gym and friendly staff. The pool itself is nice but the deck looks like its from the eighties.

    It had a wonderful view. We rented a house for a few days for our Dubai holiday.It has indoor parking, swimming pool and gym.
