    Positively impressed with the buildings ideal location near the Bus Stand and Business Bay Metro Station. Clean, well-furnished, and efficient lifts contribute to a pleasant experience. Separate mosques in the parking area with attached ablution area are a thoughtful inclusion. Only suggestion would be to consider adding bathroom facilities for both mosques. Overall, satisfied with the amenities and location.

She took the time to show me the apartment in detail and engaged directly with my third-party inspection team. She carefully listened to all the observations.     I visited the Sobha Sapphire building for my work. Its located in the Business Bay Al Khail side area. The building is well-maintained and good for Corporate business. Anyone can visit the same building by Bus. From the Business Bay metro station, a bus service is available for this area.

    For parking in the board wrote first 15 minutes free after charge but security / money collector says only 5 minutes free after charge per hour 10 aed !! I think they should give atleat 15 minutes free ... problems is sometimes we dont have cash may be card also thats issue for quick time ...

    A well maintained well. Located Business tower. Owned by very popular Sobha builders. They hv parking for the tenants and visitors parking on request. If you are considering this building as yiur business destination you should consider them.

    Big Business Tower from Sobha group located closer to Al Khail road. Anyone can see it from the road. No visitors parking except a risky kacha parking in front side.But, you can easily get in and out of this area. Those coming from E11 SZR can take the Dubai Mall flyover to Al Khail road and take last exit to enter the business bay area.

    Sobha Sapphire building is not an easy edifice to locate at the Business Bay area of Dubai. A GPS will surely help though but, if using a taxi, ask to be sure the driver knows exactly where you are heading. Parking is also a nightmare here, you might want to ask your host in this building to help with a parking access in the building. There are no public buses easily accessing this building and the metro is far off.
