    The building is well maintained, and Ive visited several offices here. However, the cleanliness of the public restrooms could use some improvement. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the size of the building, but overall its a decent place to visit.

    Basically covers official area around but my visit is for ground floor B&B BBQ restaurant best for Pakistani cuisine and also all varieties covers like vegetarian too.believe me one of the best restaurant in term of taste and quality ever in this area and around. Highly recommended for taste buds and lovers. Like it a lot. Must visit restaurant. They will not disappoint you at all

    The Center is one of the best in Dubai, it has something many Business center missing which is a real forest inside......YES I saw a Charismas Tree maybe over 20 meter high, I can imagine how much they are taking care of this indoor forest to make it this much viper and clean, no flies noticed.....no bad odor....the location is just wonderful to visit, they prepare different areas to hang under the trees which makes it awesome.

    As the name suggests, its a business center with multiple companies located inside it BYJUS, SG, IT-Serve to name some with Gym and Breakfast and barbecue restaurant located in the ground floor witha beautiful fountain in the front.

    Sultan Business Centre is located near a famous shopping centre and residential area. This Center is having lots of commercial offices and ground floor is restaurant, convenience stores, Bank and other useful services. They have beautiful landscape on ground floor and roof is if clear glass. Beautiful Center.

    A normal business centre with wide varieties of offices. The place is well maintained with a security to help in directions and assist you. The building is well clean for other person coming from outside. There is a lot of paid parking outside the building.

    It’s a nice area to have indoor walk and relax. I went there to meet a RAK bank business executive and had a chat in the open area where they kept a garden which was a good experience other than meeting up in a closed cabin.

    I was there in this center once. Basically what i like the most in this whole area of Oud Metha is actually the less noise and less rush here and not too much tall buildings like all over in Dubai. This area looks like old Dubai and offers more conventional place.Metro Bus stop is exactly in front of this center i.e Lamcy Plaza Stop
