My experience at Tasheel Al Qusais Plaza Building was exceptional, starting with the receptionist, Fatima, who was very knowledgeable in guiding me through the necessary steps.The DED supervisor, Souad, was very efficient in completing the process of setting up the company. Not only were they both incredibly friendly, but the company was also set up in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them.

Abdullah Ibrahim (Staff number 4015) is the best at customer service. He gave us Exceptional treatment while getting visas for my children and wife, and excellent speedy work done with respect and dignity. A rare person among the staff! Others gave us all sorts of excuses why they couldnt process our application, but he helped us in swift completion of our application all the way to stamping.

Fist off....Kudos to the whole team inside that place starting from the reception staff to the counter and even the lady serving water and tea to the customers. The staff is sort of ready for anything to help with customers needs. I went twice for processing my family visa and for my staffs visa as well. it was quite fast i would say...with minimal waiting time..over to that free parking is an added advantage for customers
