    Commercial building by Omniyat Developer.Business bay well known building.Very well mentained , and organized building with 3 basements and 5 podiums.Next to canal. There is restaurant on ground floor, mini mart, tea shop, Amer is there on ground floor. Back side of the building there is RTA parking.Total numbers of floor 25.

    The building is nice, location is perfect (bus stops in front of the building no need to walk) and parkings are so spaciousBut, washrooms are disgusting, and parking is the main inconvenient, it is so expensive compared to other business bay buildings

    The Binary is located just off Dubai’s commercial corridor; Sheikh Zayed Road, in the heart of Business Bay, or what is now called the Burj District – the region’s business capital, easily accessible by road and rail.

    Good tower in terms of appearance and lifts are relatively fast. However, there are no public toilets on each floor. Makes it hard for visitors since the toilet on the ground floor is next to the mosque, it is always busy and not cleaned regularly.

    Well maintained building. Six elevators to serve the office commuters. Couple of good restaurants around.Ample paid parking around the building. But with more high-rise building constructions around, parking will be a big issue in the near future (within a years time)

    It’s a really nice building. Very cool in the architecture is just captivating. I wish this tall wall as amazing as the place. When you approach the reception, everybody tries to run away to avoid being helpful. I found that’s really weird.

    It was my first visit and I liked the offices and the building design inside out.

    This building only have Du connection. Do not go for Etisalat otherwise it will take ages to get the connection. We are facing the same issue. Firstly Etisalat said that we will give you connection within 5-7 working days. Now the time has come and they are saying that Du is not providing us the connection or access to their server room or whatever they call it. My suggestion to go for Du and get your connection on time. Dont waste your time and effort with etisalat in Binary Tower Building atleast

    Beautiful tower but its pathetic that they dont even have free visitors parking. They charge you AED 10 even for a visitor who is visiting for less than 10 minutes.
