    Our company has been renting an office at The Place Business Center for 6 months, and we couldnt be happier. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for our guests to arrive for meetings. The center is always clean and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

    My office is situated on 25th Floor of The One Tower. It is a commercial building which is directly connected to Dubai Internet Metro City Station through its Level P1 and hence offers ease and comfortablity for people working over here to commute through metro. Also the location is prime in itself. On its ground floor you find a fully functional zoom store also.

    A good business center with a central location close to most business districts and with easy connection possibilities using the metro or the Sheikh Zayed Road. The Tower sits on the side of the popular road and just above the Internet City metro station with a short walkway link to the station. With 11 lifts and 5 levels of carpark, The One Tower can handle large volumes of tenants and visitors and is a popular location for many small and big businesses.

    Clean and modern.Could use a bit of instructions as the floors are a bit confusing the first time.Sometimes for some reason the P1 access is blocked from the metro which causes to have to exit the station and go around to get inside the building.A bit frustrating....but it works

    You will find most of the corporate office in this building. Well maintained clean and tidy area. Washroom are located on each levels. Parking is concern but you can park in paid area which they have and even around the building. Try avoiding to park below bridge or you will be fined. Just a point to note.

    A magnificent piece of Architectural Engineering. The employees of their tenants are lucky to work in a building that has parking and also is accessible via the RTA metro link. The Zoom on the ground floor suffices the need for a super market and cafeteria. In short - its a nice building to have an office in. The views from the building are worth taking selfies and pictures too.

With its great facilities and own link to the Tecom metro station. sitting adjacent to the Gloria hotel making it a perfect Commercial Building for ease of employee access from overseas as well as local employees. Commuting is a a step a way.The building sits on prime sheikh Zayed road sitting on the edge of Tecom. Plenty of amenities surrounding the building. Making the location a great corporate location for multinational companies.It boasts a very efficient floor plate with a clean cut sleek facade design making it stand out with its modern architecture. The building height spans 48 floorsBest Commercial building in my opinion in Tecom with spectacular views.
