    If you are working there so its lift system is not good in morning, lunch and off timings, stairs place is also not clean, its a request if you are working in any building and tower kindly dont throw trash on stairs or corners areas, I think as a good human being it your duty to maintain every place cleanliness.

    The Prism is one of the greatest locations in Business Bay. Its near to the entrance and can be seen from the nearest metro (Dubai Internet City-02). Its well designed and unique and easily noticable.It is a freehold property that incorporates a wide range of contemporary features from technical advanced energy and environment systems, bio metric fingerprint verification for improving security to WiFi Hotspots, incorporated structured cabling for voice and data over Ethernet and smart lighting conforming to greenish environment standards.

    As a location it is perfect, close to the metro station so easy to commute. The Tower is well maintained and the offices are of good sizes. Love the fact that they have balconies but the elevators gets full in no time and it can be a real hassle.

    The tower is easily accessible from the business bay metro station with not more than 10 minutes walk. The only problem would be to get parking which is available in the building but is only free for small time and needs you to pay additional charges. Otherwise the security is supportive and can help you as soon as possible.

    Very easy visitor access. Allows Free parking for 30mins. Spacious access for vehicular traffic inside the block.very friendly and supportive security staff. Installing a lovely pool personalized pool table. I give it a Thumbs Up!

    Building is not new. Paid Parking is big enough, easy to access from lifts to offices. Lifts are separated by floors, but queues are long in rush hours. Very close to metro, second next to crossroads.

    Business tower with plenty of parking space. Security stuff is very friendly and are always happy to assist visitors with enquiries including a parking spot. Thank you for your great assistance. The ground floor has a very good super market where you can get a very tasty Karak tea and a bite.

    Huge tower in the middle of a busy junction. There are plenty of offices saloons and spa inside. Parking is paid and if you are lucky you can get some parking in front of the entrance. It’s a business hub with multiple office and living options.
