    This is an office building with multiple parking in both podium and basement floors. Although the parking is free for 30 min. After which you have to pay by the hour. There are some issues with the elevators as all of them are not working most of the time and you may face delays, if caught up in peak hours.

    The Regal Tower is a commercial building in Business Bay, Dubai. It was completed in 2012 and has 33 floors of office spaces and shops. The Regal Tower is located in a strategic location, close to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, which connect it to other parts of the city.     One of the good tower in locality going there since last 5 years elevators are perfect compare to other buildings Emrill is maintaining it well. Parking is paid you have no other option instead paying. The bad thing is drop off isnt available there is one but always bussy and is small. Overall good place
