    This is an office building with multiple parking in both podium and basement floors. Although the parking is free for 30 min. After which you have to pay by the hour. There are some issues with the elevators as all of them are not working most of the time and you may face delays, if caught up in peak hours.

    One of the good tower in locality going there since last 5 years elevators are perfect compare to other buildings Emrill is maintaining it well. Parking is paid you have no other option instead paying. The bad thing is drop off isnt available there is one but always bussy and is small. Overall good place
