Our office is here 😁This building and its surrounding is always busy and lively. The offices are moderately maintained.The location is at the center of Al Barsha 1, very near and accesible to all necessities - restaurant, mini grocery, hypermarket, mall, metro station and bus station.Also has a lot of residential apartments, so having an office here could be a real convenience.Yes its traffic at rush hours (like any other place) but manageable.

I have recently moved my office to Yes Business Tower. The service is great and its management office is in the same building, the management team is very supportive whenever I need anything. The area is always kept clean.Additional perks:1- Free meeting room when required (based on availability).2- No chiller charges or hidden fees.3- Nice coffee shop at the lobby, delivery also available.4- Basement parking.5- Each office has its own pantry and toilet.6- Offices are fitted out so saves alot of cost and time.7- Supermarket nearby.8- Great location, easy to find so your visitors will not get lost.9- Tenants are very good and supportive, I got multiple leads from them.

Yes Business Tower is nicely located in Al Barsha 1, close to two big Malls, Mall of Emirates and Lulu Center.There are very good restaurants of all types in the vicinity as well as other useful shops.The office is in excellent condition, well maintained with plenty of lifts and parking facilities.There is an important feature in this center is that each office has pantry and separate bathroom unlike the common bathrooms in the majority of the centers in Dubai.The Conference room is state of the art has excellent furniture and great technical facilitiesAnother advantage is the Management Office is located in the center itself with the owner directly in chargeGreat office tower, highly recommended.

A very important site. Direct dealing with the owner without paying any additional fees. Very good treatment from the administrative staff responsible for the building. Good prices and very good payment facilities.
