I actually went to the wrong section of this business but one of the lady staff was so polite that she walked me to the right department were I found myself surrounded with young adults with laptop working in a very relaxed & friendly environment. Not only did MBRHE solved my request within say 10mins but they were also thoughtful enough to provide me with there WhatsApp number and asked me to send any new requirements through this number without the need to physically visit them again. It’s unbelievable to see a government body working in such an efficient & customer focused manner.
