Very accessible and centrally located within the Business Bay area. You can opt for a day pass or longer (which is more economical). Very pleased with the offerings of free printing and drinks. I’ve also had two out of two productive days thus far. Noteworthy Tip: woukd be wise to bring a pair of headphones as many persons there often take work calls on speaker and this can get a bit disturbing if you prefer to work in complete quiet. -

We booked Modern Working for a shoot, cuz the space has exquisite design, bright and amazing decor. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and Liza is very accommodating. We had a super smooth and efficient work flow. Also, this co working space provides a great environment for people who works from there, plus the tasty coffees. -

Really beautiful buidling with a sleek and modern design. The office space is clean and spacious with lots of room for meetings and co-working. Great amenities and lots of beautiful natural light. Also the staff is very supportive and keen to help young rising entrepreneurs with general advice. Overall great experience. -

I visited this space for an event and discovered how aesthetically pleasing the space is and how welcoming it feels. The coffee was great too! I will be visiting as I am a digital nomad working remotely and feel kid will be a great space to collaborate with others and also have a place to call home to work from! -
