I have been staying at this hotel for 2 years. I love it very much New dream plaza Hotel Apartment, the staff is very respectful. Everything is clean and new. All the cleaners are very gentle boys. And the receptionist Naimat is very respectful and polite. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

I stayed more than 1 month here in different occasions. Rooms are clean and neat. All the mentioned facilities are there and staff is good too. Due to some card issues i was behind 1-2 days payments but management was kind enough to allow me time to settle those. Staff is very help full. This is one of the best hotel apartments in Deira area.I m a solo traveller so i booked standard studio apartment.

Amazing and Satisfied stayMy stay was completely satisfactory and exceeded my expectations, thanks to the place of residence, the building, and of course the wonderful staff who ran the hotel with the utmost professionalism and generosity.My deepest gratitude goes out to Binod, Maksood, Sabum, Shibin, and Roshan for their delightful assistance, which they provided around-the-clock and at all times. Their proactive assistance in terms of providing me 100% pure vegetarian food during my stay and genuine smiles made it even more meaningful.Jenalyan, Rozan, Dilip and Naman assisted me when i require to do some official work, so they had offered the assistance at their property Business Center, its really relaxed atmosphere at the hotel and their help made my day.If I dont mention the hotels leaders (specifically GOVINAPPA UMESH) the review is pointless. Umesh with Binod who helped me with all of my inquiries and concerns from the time I arrived in Dubai to the time I checked out of the hotel. The Manager, Umesh and Binod was taking care extremely well. Thankyou for their assistance for providng me Akhtar {(556431590) caring taxi driver - like family person)}. What i feel my stay was only gets satisfied cause of the team coordination and spirit to serve to their guest.There are still some score of improvement like in the Studio room with kitchen setup - it can be bit more facilitated with equipments and setup, as well as TV in the room should not be wall fix, myst have 180 rotation angle and must have to provide atleast few channels rather than only YouTube - that also gets disconnected time to time.Overall, I felt very comfortable in this hotel and will be happy to return.

Nice clean rooms and hospitable and friendly staff. We had a sick family member in Dubai hospital and were helped very well by the hotel manager. We also got a special room with facilities for disabled people. The tourist center of Dubai can be reached in 20 minutes by taxi and the airport in about 15 minutes. We will definitely come back in better times because now we have only seen the hospital.
