The lady and the thin man at the reception were good, unlike the other guy, who was so rude. I tried to call to confirm my booking, but while I was talking, he hung up. Luckily, when I called again, the other guy answered all my questions and confirmed my booking. When we arrived, he was impolite. Seriously, he just seemed to be there to earn a living. Also, the guard didnt want to open the door or help, even when he saw people struggling with their things. (There was no bellboy.)Overall, the room was good. There were some flies and a smell of smoke throughout the room, which wasnt good for kids. There was a stain on the bed. The water kettle was broken; you needed to be careful when pouring water into your cup. Also, I wish they had a microwave oven in the room. They need to check the shampoo, lotion, and body wash for expiration. They are not providing toothbrushes or sleepers. Two water bottles were provided for two guests throughout the one-day stay. The towels also seem old.The breakfast was also good. I approved of the taste.The swimming pool was clean, and the lifeguard was friendly.The good thing about this hotel is its location; it is near the metro station, malls, restaurants, and supermarkets.You need to pay 15 dirhams for Tourism fee.

I found this hotel in very centrally located and best to communicate to anywhere.Room is great and staffs are friendly. Everytime I come here, I get great welcome especially from Samara. He is a perfect guy for hospitality. Please add continental dishes in the breakfast. It needs to be improved.

Breakfast tops the list here. Excellent for vegetarians. Rooms are broad but the minus point is the night clubs on the ground level making noise that cuts through the ceiling and reaches your bed if you are on the first floor. Rest, everything is good here and the location is the best

This place is just amazing. The food was okay Ill not comment on that but the service was actually much better than what other reviews suggested. We locked ourselves out several times but the receptionists were kind enough to replace the cards without any comments. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The dance music was there but it wasnt annoying and we could sleep comfortably.Our stay at dubai went amazing, thanks to this hotel

Hotel staff was friendly. No issues communicating with reception.But room service is terrible. I would give 0 star in room service.Every single day of my 6 days stay i have to call them 3 times to ask why room service wasn’t done? Why new coffee supplies, water bottles, new fresh towels were not put and bed sheets not arranged. Someone would pick call record room number and no one shows up. Breakfast was above average quality. Bar and lounges were good and relaxing. Music level was ear bursting, i would recommend to keep music level moderate to create romantic atmosphere and easy to communicate with staff when need to order.

The Sunday hotel was a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service and a sense of refined elegance. The rooms were spacious. Also Ali, my ROOM ATTENDANT, he was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the Hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable stay in the city.

Dilsha was so nice girl. She is working in hotel Sunday as a room attendant. I liked her kind nature. Her smile was amazing. She is so polite. Her friendly nature was so good. I was feeling like my home bcoz of Dilsha. But one person in the staff on the lobby was rude. He didnt allow my guests to enter in the room. My guests had come to visit me only for 10 to 15 minutes. I felt bad bcoz of that staff members behaviour with my guests.

Sunday Hotel Holiday international hotel is one of the best hotels in Dubai. Its very close to Burjuman metro station, with a walking time of only 5 minutes. The highlight of this hotel is their staff, they are very polite , friendly and helpful. The front office desk staff Samar, Aboud and Ganga are really amazing, they are always ready to help you. I highly recommend this Hotel for the families who are planning to visit Dubai.

Start from the reception, A Filipino staff (forgot the name), whenever we asked for a favor, the will immediately give a hand to us. I visited this hotel from 26 till 31st my day my visit was for the business come vacation the hotel was ok the food was also ok but the concern was that the amenities and the room service was very slow and they hardly give you any amenities like for a wedding tower you have to call the housekeeping a number of times the housekeeping will change your name and after 2 days of your stay. The amenities and the housekeeping was quite restrained so it was not giving a good feeling. The hotel has 4 launches and bar but must to mention the top load bar had a great singers Pakistani once the word really great that is the place where you have to go and listen to the soothing songs rest the hoke is ok

Good hotel at a convenient location. Good customer service. I was there for attending a seminar. Overall facilities provided was good. Paid public parking facility available outside the hotel. All basic amenities like bank, atm, restaurants etc are nearby at walkable distance. The overall ambience was good, highly recommended for hosting such events. Food quality can be improved. Its the area I found a negative, eventhough the service was great.

Nice place, centrally located in the city, easy to commute and many dollar stores located nearby to purchase souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones...Just 1 km from Mina bazar,2-3 km from gold souk and easily accessible to the nearby metro station too which is just a 400m walk...Neat clean rooms with attached bath tub bathroom....No seperate shower area in the bathroom only bathtub option which could make it difficult for senior citizens.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday international hotel embassy district and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff Stream If Im not wrong then I must be right by Mr.Mahmoud who made me feel welcome and at ease.The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries.The hotel also provided a great range of facilities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and spa. The gym was well-equipped and had a good range of equipment, while the pool was clean and refreshing. The spa was also very relaxing and the treatments were of a high standard.Another highlight of my stay was the food. The hotel has several restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Italian, and Arabic. I recently stayed at Holiday international and had a mixed experience during my stay. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable and the housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered some issues that left me disappointed.One major concern was the behavior of the duty manager, Umair. Unfortunately, I found his behavior to be very unsatisfactory and it did not meet the standards of 4-star hospitality. I hope that the hotel management takes note of this and provides appropriate training to ensure better customer service experiences in the future.Moreover, I had specifically booked a king bed room for my stay. However, upon check-in, I was informed that there was no availability for a king bed room. The team assured me that they would assist me in getting a king bed room the next day, but unfortunately, there was no update on this matter and it left my wife feeling quite upset.Despite these issues, I must mention that the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a refreshing and nice ambiance. The housekeeping and front desk staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.In conclusion, while the hotel had its positive aspects such as clean rooms and friendly staff, the behavior of the duty manager, Umair, and the room discrepancy left a negative impression on my overall experience. I hope that the management takes steps to address these concerns and provides better training to their team.

The hotel is located in the perfect place - food hypermarket in 20 meters, cheap local food in 3 minutes of walk, metro station - 3 minutes of walk. Comparing to the cheap room prices, the quality of service is brilliant. The lobby looks fresh and clean, the rooms’ furniture is new and good-looking. I personally want to mention Umair, the Duty Manager, who was always available to help and solve all your problems as fast as he could. Definitely a 5/5 experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The location is very good, it has a near metro and a mall. I met a very kind staff , Franz, who was very accommodating to my requests.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights for EID holidays. Their Filipina receptionist was nice & bell boy Franz was very friendly and helpful and room service was excellent, (forgot the name of the guy). The room was clean; no bugs, no roaches and it was spacious. The location is perfect as its very close to Burjuman metro station and Burjuman mall. Theres also Lulu Supermarket just right when you step out of the hotel so you can buy your ready made lunch or dinner. Their breakfast buffet is great. So many selections of food and I love their bakery section where you can choose different kinds of bread, theres also a toaster. I think two of the chefs were African & Filipino. All staff were nice but the duty manager was kind of strict, refused to accept digital emirates ID to check in. Said they needed the original ID for scanning.Overall experience was excellent.

Got upgraded to executive suite. Very friendly staff especially Ms Amina who made sure to make us feel special. Breakfast had multiple options including Indian Jain food. Excellent location close to Metro and Barjuman mall.

Great staff, the receptionist was welcoming and professional. Rooms were specious and food was great specially butter chicken. Overall great experience.I would like to thank Mr Mahmood at reception and Mr Samara who took care of our luggage while we were out for some time.

I stayed in the hotel for a week last month. Big positives- Metro was 5 mins walk and lulu hypermarket was opposite to the hotel.Food is one of the important thing while traveling. Breakfast buffet had wide varieties including delicious Indian dishes. Cheese omelette was my favourite. Chef Niranjan was always there welcoming the guests and taking care of everything.Will definitely stay here in my next visit too

Two days ago, my company organized a delightful party for all the staff at Holiday International Hotel. The venue was exceptional, offering a beautiful and clean atmosphere. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being served by a remarkable staff member named Harshani. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, along with her friendly nature, made my experience truly enjoyable. Harshani effortlessly anticipated our needs and provided impeccable service. I had an amazing time at the hotel and am already looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended!

Yesterday Im going there to meet one of my friend.5to10 min Im waiting in the lobby...then one service boy come to me called afzal.He offer me some India snacks...I agree.I really like it...Then my friend come we are talking each other...then again afzal come to me and offer to seat in the bar...he told like we can enjoy our time .. After me and my friend move to bar .... its a nice place we drink and really enjoy....Thank you so much afzal ... you are very helpful and kind...I really appreciate with you.I hope will come back again

Great time and wonderfull service. I was here 2 weeks and was great. A great breakfast very nice tourgides so you can do things in Dubai and own taxiservice. A great club tp relax.
