    We stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely lovely! The highlight was the staff and how warm, welcoming and accommodating they were, from the very initial contact with the valet parking attendants then the reception, Mr Osman and Ms Safae were both wonderful and made our stay quite special, with their genuine hospitality and professionalism and kindness.The one bedroom was super clean and well furnished, spacious and quiet despite nearby construction. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate. The hotel itself is amazing, the kids room is very nice and the building is beautiful.Only issue was the location, mainly because of current construction but otherwise it’d be a great location in the future once it’s done.Thank you to the lovely staff! You are truly awesome.

    The Kids Club at the hotel is absolutely wonderful! My son had a fantastic time and felt completely comfortable and happy. We especially want to highlight Suzette – she was incredibly kind, very communicative, and instantly connected with the children through her warm and caring nature.     This place is amazing! The staff (Marwan and Karen are awesome), the views, everything. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping leave you a note every time they clean the room to ask if you would like anything specific for them to do (very thoughtful!!!). Would definitely come back.Tip: stay in a high floor, the view is something else. You wont regret it!!

    Great service by Ihtesham. Very polite, very helpful. Cleaning of the rooms was fantastic, every time it would be spotless clean. Price/room ratio is fantastic, for the money you pay you get a studio with an incredible view. This is my first time in Dubai and the location of the hotel was amazing. 10 minutes away from the dubai hills mall. The room service was really yummy too! Would definetely recommend!

    Beautiful hotel, love the floor security and the staff cant do enough for you, whatever time of the day or night. A late night bar might be a nice addition for guests looking for a bit of local nightlife. The swimming pool area is stunning though. It gets a bit of shade from one of the towers during part of the day but theres always at least one pool with some sunlight. Would highly recommend.

    Overall a pleasant hotel. Clean and tidy. Good and courteous service. On the 11th floor there is a Turkish restaurant with a good breakfast. In the restaurant, I would especially like to mention Mr. Sinan. Exceptionally courteous and helpful. He provided service above expectations. Thanks to him, I will return to the hotel again.

    It is an excellent hotel in Thrissur. Rooms are very cozy. The facilities and amenities are exactly same as shown in the gallery. The staffs are very polite and co-operative reservation manager.     A very relaxing vacation and stay in an executive room of Aykon City. Staffs are very accommodating and very friendly. Our child had so much fun in the Kids Club.     The room is decent space the balcony was fantastic except for the noise from the constructions that’s taking place next to the building, stuff is very friendly special thanks to the team at the reception Mr. Mohammed was very patient and supportive due to issues with my credit card he tried his best. And Mr. Ossama from the hotel stuff was so nice and provided many informations on the hotel and activities near by. Nevertheless the gents salon on the ground floor has a fantastic team. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for others

    Big thanks to Aziz! Very very helpful man who sorted our problems very easily. We had an emergency issue occur at Paramount Dubai and we got sent to Aykon City instead where we were greeted by him. I came in crying but left smiling.A very lovely man.
