    The Kids Club at the hotel is absolutely wonderful! My son had a fantastic time and felt completely comfortable and happy. We especially want to highlight Suzette – she was incredibly kind, very communicative, and instantly connected with the children through her warm and caring nature. My son grew very fond of her and still talks about her with great excitement. A big thank-you and high praise to Suzette and the entire team for the amazing care and the loving atmosphere. Thank you for this great experience!

    Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit and They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and willaccommodate any request if possible.Also,they do have good amenities (pool, Gym, etc.) you will love it there.

    Great service by Ihtesham. Very polite, very helpful. Cleaning of the rooms was fantastic, every time it would be spotless clean. Price/room ratio is fantastic, for the money you pay you get a studio with an incredible view. This is my first time in Dubai and the location of the hotel was amazing. 10 minutes away from the dubai hills mall. The room service was really yummy too! Would definetely recommend!

    Beautiful hotel, love the floor security and the staff cant do enough for you, whatever time of the day or night. A late night bar might be a nice addition for guests looking for a bit of local nightlife. The swimming pool area is stunning though. It gets a bit of shade from one of the towers during part of the day but theres always at least one pool with some sunlight. Would highly recommend.

    A very relaxing vacation and stay in an executive room of Aykon City. Staffs are very accommodating and very friendly. Our child had so much fun in the Kids Club. The buffet breakfast was delicious. And the swimming pool was great, even if the weather is cold, the water was warm. If given a chance to go back in Dubai, well definitely choose to stay again in Damac Maison Aykon City. A really great experience.

    The staff here go out of their way to accommodate and make everyone feel at home: from the cafe baristas to the in room cleaners. Every request to help make our stay comfortable was met. The room is comfortable and the ‘FairMart’ supermarket around the corner was invaluable. Great facilities overall - including the gym. Suggestion include a suhoor alternative for guests who are fasting in Ramadan (outside of in room dining.)

    The room is decent space the balcony was fantastic except for the noise from the constructions that’s taking place next to the building, stuff is very friendly special thanks to the team at the reception Mr. Mohammed was very patient and supportive due to issues with my credit card he tried his best.     Overall, the hotel is good. The rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. However, I was quite disappointed by a few unusual practices that I’ve not encountered in other hotels. Firstly, they requested a deposit despite there being no minibar in the room. Additionally, the check-out process was unnecessarily delayed for a room inspection, which took around ten minutes—far longer than the standard check-out time in most hotels. Despite the reasonable pricing and other services, I would not recommend this hotel based on these experiences.I would like to thank the receptionist, Abdulhamid, who took care of all the details during my check-in.
