    Very clean neat apartment spaces. The price is a little bit high for the off season 😜. Very close to Marina bay and shopping restaurant The smart TV is not smart enough. Yet they have a variety of news channels which are very good.

    Very nice and spatios 3bedroom apartment, located on the 18th floor offering spectacular views of the bay. The location in Dubai Marina is perfect for exploring the area.The staff were very friendly and helpfull and we were paticulary impressed with the cleaning services. Yousef, Sufian and Subhan did an amazing job every day, providing fresh towels and impecable cleaning.Great value for money !

    Loved our stay at the Dusit princess! The location was great and the view from our 25th floor apartment was outstanding. We checked out the pool area, it was small but maintained. Not many sun beds but to our surprise it wasn’t busy where it was a struggle, there isn’t many towels and they are small so you need two, I recommend bringing your own. They have an indoor and outdoor gym. The rooms were large and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. You are allowed to smoke on balcony just not indoors. AC worked well and never broke. Beds were comfortable for our stay.Got early check in for free as our room was available. Not a bad word about our stay and would return in a heartbeat

    I am very satisfied with the excellent location and the beautiful view. The staff were always attentive and made every effort to respond quickly to our needs. During our stay, everything was consistently kept clean, and I would like to thank Ruvi, Anik, and Reddy for their efforts in maintaining cleanliness.

    Very nice building good amenities gym ;swimming pool; steam and sauna are also goods and the building is very goods for residents neat and clean and 24/7 highly trained and professional security staff we feel very comfortable and secure during our stay I highly recommend to all for visit [ Dusit princess Residence ]

    Thanks to the service team, Emmanuel , Nirat & Thilin from house keeping, but i think there is a miss connection between housekeeping and the reception ,because more than one time i have requested some stuff and i have observed the delay . Generally, i still enjoy the staying with your hotel .

    The location was wonderful with a view towards the Marina. Personal was very helpful, reacted promptly and they even called the room to ask if we need anything and if we are pleased with cleaning. One thing I was surprised of: they dont have the habit of saluting or even smiling when they encounter guests in the location. Old room - furniture & all, loud elevators jingle - a nuisance in the night, they only (re)supplied the room as for 2 persons, even if we booked for 3 (towels, linen, complementary water). Toilets. Good thing they were 2. Issues: warm water even when you turn to cold, shower was running simultaneously with the tap, toilet water tank leaked producing noise. At night, it was a little bit cold for our taste, with nothing else to do but to get an extra-blanket, because the climatisation can only do cooling.

    The residence is located at an incredible place of Marina Dubai. Beautiful view from the rooms.The rooms are big enough, lot of place for clothes and 3 bathrooms what are more than comfortable.The cleaning is not perfect and the apartments should be renovated but for living some weeks is fine.

    Nice hotel. This was our second time staying there and it was enjoyable. The standards have slipped since the last time we were there in 2022. The rooms seem outdated and expensive for the price. The views are obstructed by the new buildings and constant construction noise. The staff was the highlight of our stay. Azam was very helpful and the cleaning/ room service staff was really good.

    We stayed at Dusit over a week and it was a great experience. We arrived earlier and they were able to keep our luggage until our room was ready. Comfy beds and cleaned daily. Thank you Emmanuel, Reddy and Rifkhan. The rooms are quite outdated but that was not an issue. Great value for price. The location is 20 min walk from the Marina and taxis arrived very quickly.

    I stayed for a week and honestly I can’t say anything other than I was really happy with the apartment and service. The apartment is clean and well kept. It is also very suitable for a small family and very kid friendly. Housekeeping personnel did a great job every morning to ensure that the room is clean and tidy. Reception people are all so helpful and friendly. I personally dealt with Viki, she was nothing but decent and professional. The parking is accessible and organized. It’s also free. I would however suggest keeping extra pillows and blankets in the apartment, although to be honest I did not ask for extras.All in all I highly recommend this place it is one of the good residences choices in Dubai I know I will definitely be going back again.

    Stay a Dusit Princess was good.Location on the Marina was perfect.Mini Supermarket just outside the apartment.Cleaning my Sammy, Apu, Sajjat was great. I asked them to bring me a toaster, clean the room etc and they were efficient and communicated well.Beds are comfortable.The apartments however are a little tired and dated but paid accordingly.

    Great place to stay if you are visiting Dubai. Very close to the metro and tram station. This makes it well connected to all the sites and malls. We enjoyed comfort and functionality plus a beautiful view of the Marina. In good weather you can walk along the marina and enjoy the sights and restaurants.Another thing that was important for us was that it was clean and well maintained, they had amazing cleaning staff especially Ruvi, Sagor and Ahmed who were always helpful and accommodating, they had the rooms in perfect condition everytime we arrived after a long day.

    Great service from all the hotel staff, reception, housekeeping and other staff members. Reception always in attendance and contactable in person or over the phone. Room cleaning with daily replenishing of towels and everything needed for our stay.The housekeeping team of Ruvi, Hillary and Imitiaz were all very hardworking, polite, respectful and done with a smile. Anything needed provided without request including coffee and bottled water water.

    Great location, many places in walking range, easy access by car. We got a apartment with amazing view to the Dubai Marina. Apartments are spacy but could have an update. Overall its ok. The room cleaning by Mr. Pabitra, Niraj and Sagor is well done, but it is done each 3rd day of the stay (the reason I gave 4*). If needed you can get extra towels or similar each day on request.

    The place was nice, very spacious.The beds were very comfy, there is lots of room in the bedrooms for luggage etc. the showers were all great.Our room was cleaned daily, towels changed and beds changed when needed.     It is the best place to stay , great location, great services, Mum supermarket next door which is specifically great during summer movements, it feels like a home with everything in place , having a kitchen in it was great specially for family travel.
