    The staff at the hotel were very polite and professional along with having great customer service.The staff within theconcierge were very helpful with having a scales to check our bags before checking in at the airport.We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and it was exactly what we needed. The only thing I would have liked in the room was a toaster.That said I would definitely stay at this hotel again sometime again in the future.

    The stay here is really awesome. People here make you feel like home. (Swapnil and Pratima at the diner location provided great service.)Thank you to the entire staff.Would recommend anyone to stay here if you are visiting Dubai. The staff is supportive and there are sports facilities too.Sunrise and sunset views from the hotel and the entire property are maintained neat and clean. There is also a convenient store and a 24/7 pharmacy in the facility.

    Amazing stay. Thanks to Akanksha, Neelum, Mahmoud, Moe, Juvy, Jannes,, Imane, Kamil, Sheldon, Maebern. Thanks to Peter. Adnan and Ratesh from Hk. I loved the one bedroom apartment here. I celebrated 25th Anniversary and it was memorable for me. I loved the superarket and pharmacy. As an indian vegetation they went out of their way to get me food under the guidance of lovely Akanksha who took care of all for us couple. Will surely be back.

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The amenities, including the high-speed wifi. The view from the window was stunning, making my stay even more special. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and frothent desk was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. A special mention goes to Neelum, who made my experience even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this hotel apart.

    Great hotel. A bit far away, like most things in Dubai, you will need a rented car to avoid paying a fortune on transportation. Service was good and the rooms were very modern and comfy. I liked the AC system in the rooms. And many thanks to Sue and Patima from breakfast.

    I booked a studio for 2 nights and it was magnificent in terms of space and hygiene, on the second day I faced a problem with the air conditioner as it was not working properly, contacted the receptionist who transferred me to the guest relation manager his name was Mr.Nasser , who understood the situation and to ensure our comfort he immediately upgraded our room to one bedroom apartment and you cannot imagine how big it was, we were amazed by it and we extended our stay for 2 more days.The experience was wonderful and i highly recommend a stay especially for couples and families.

    My brother and I stayed in this beautiful hotel, I arrived around 10pm and at the reception there was Neelum, an exceptional, kind and professional person with whom we checked in very quickly and who was always available to us. The structure is clean, the cleaning staff is also helpful and kind and the rooms are clean like the rest of the structure. Thanks for everything, I will definitely return and recommend it to other friends for their trip to Dubai.

    Hotel is nice and service is excellent. We were able to get customized masala chai (tea) at breakfast on request (thanks to Pratima). Room cleaning service is also good accomodating during requested time-slots (thanks to Nikhil). Reception is also very helpful.

    Akanksha IS THE BEST!! She made my stay. She knows rehab is about working in 5 stars. I’ve been working in luxury hotels for many years and she provided the most excellent service ever. The hotel has things to improve but her service made me forget about out the little issues that I had. She is amazing and I love her. Moe also has been so kind to me. Thank you so much I bring Akanksha in my heart forever and ever she should be the GM of the hotel🩷🩷🩷🩷

    Spend in this hotel 3 weeks. I have to say that I have no issues price/quality. Amazing.Especially praising Rachel from spa, she is very helpful and providing good massages.Assman- very nice guy, very helpful cannot complain.And Pradeep- my janitor- perfect guy.

    I stayed this hotel the staff are absolutely amazing and they help you so much. They are very polite and kind. The room I stayed it was so clean and tidy everyday. Food was amazing.     We had a ladies only event at this hotel and Mr Swapnil dealt with the coordination of the event. He was very courteous, understanding and professional throughout the whole process. Even on the day he was always available when we needed some help or assistance. The food buffet and oive cooking stations really made the event perfect. Would recommend for a private event.     I had an excellent experience during my recent stay. The hotel personnel were not only professional and attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests especially security in charge Paul. Paul was friendly and approachable, making us feel at ease while providing a secure environment.     Amazing hotel with good service. They have 2 restaurants both of them has a very courteous and client friendly staff. They have indian food available. Rooms are clean and spacious, however need a little bit of upgrade.

    Ive just spent the last month staying at this hotel, it wasnt my first time here and again it was a pleasure, the hotel is walking distance to 3 shopping centres and the have a complimentary shuttle to 2 malls. There is a large outside bar / restaurant entertainment area that has a big screen for all sporting events, the staff that service this area Reda, Vikas & Nayan are great guys and very helpful and friendly, always made my down time here very enjoyable, the breakfast is very good & the dining area is very spacious, Fatima one of the staff here was very welcoming, always with a smile and a greeting each morning which made a great start to my day, also a big thank you to Claudyn on the front desk, what a pleasure it was to have someone so welcoming and outstanding in her job, she helped me out with everything I needed in a quick and professional way, these staff I want to particularly mention however on another note, the whole staff I encountered at this hotel was very helpful and friendly, I look forward to my next stay here, a big THANK YOU to all.

    This is a really good hotel to stay in Dubai. The services were too too good. Especially a women who welcomed us to the breakfast section was really sweet and kind- hearted lady.     I booked the place at the last minute, 3 days before, on New Years Eve, all the 5-star hotels in Dubai were very, very expensive, and I was looking for a hotel at a reasonable price, first time in this hotel for half board, and I was pleasantly surprised, it started with the reception, and I even received an upgrade, new hotel, large rooms, excellent room service, rich breakfast, and high-level dinner, and even free soft drinks, the New Years dinner is no shame from chef restaurants, the hotel has a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry services, parking, and the hotel is located on Highway 44, so it was easy to get to all the main places very quickly (20 minutes), Im sure Ill only go back there ❤️❤️ELIAV Amram

    Its skeptical because I dint reach here with a intention but yes I need to honest the General Manager,The staff had been the generous people I have ever met.I do feel if it was other place I would have broke down in pieces.Though I am bad at remembering the names I can still remember the people who acted like a saviour for 23 days.GM of this Place Mr Olwin,Akanksha,Ms Ghoufran,Ms Anjali, Mr Anthony, Mr Kamil.These people had a great role and made my family stay comfortable its been 1 year now my parents still remember these people and say that good people do exist we just need the right moment to see it.I dont know why or how but they actually safeguarded a person who was in mess he never opted for but they still supported like a backbone and handled like a pro and let me do what I actually had to concentrate on.I owe you lot of stars but yes have to end up giving just 5 now.

    From Fusion to Red Diamond, a home away from home; with my 3rd year at Vintage, I feel like part of the Vintage family. There’s so many of my brothers and sisters (staff) I can call out that continue to make my stay enjoyable. However, I would like to thank Pratima (aka Fatimah) that serves me breakfast every morning and without asking, the English tea with milk on the side will be hand delivered to my table, even before I sit down. Not to mention, Vaibav, who sees me entering from a far and starts mixing my omelettes with my favourite toppings!Moving to dinner, there’s Viraj and Sudeep that make sure I make full use of the variety of the buffet offered each day, including the live fish and meat station where Chandan and others will grill the most mouth watering fish with the choice of your favourite sauce. I’d also call out Mr Sushi in particular, who makes the best sushi you’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Mr Sushi, you know who you are (even though I’ve never asked for your name; my bad). I’d recommend family and couples to come and experience this for yourself.From the bottom of my heart, many thanks team Vintage, for making my stay welcoming and ensuring my family and I are all looked after with the same care and attention you would give to your own.

    Clean rooms but the location is not city center so traveling to places is lil difficult. Staff at the breakfast are very helpful especially Pratima and her colleagues. Over all not a bad place to stay.

    A 30 minute wait during check in but nevertheless it was ok. Went to the room, and it was spacious, needs a bit of an update though, cleanliness is at par with the standards but can be better. It is quite a dark hotel room and needs a bit more lighting. The swimming pool was not heated during our stay and there was actually not that much to do in terms of recreational activities. Area surrounding it has nothing special but all in all a nice getaway to say the least.

    The place is nearby, different shops and gas station. The prices are reasonable for the rooms which are clean and has comfy bed. Driving distance to Dubai Marina Emirates mall 15-20 minutes .     This Hotel has the most excellent staff, starting in the lobby, the breakfast with Priyanka welcoming the guests and the kindest sir in a suit whose name i unfortunately did not note, who always offered to help me with my cup and breakfast plate. This great service goes further to the room service. Especially Kamlesh was always there to help out with our wishes and made sure that everything was great. The rooms really are in a pleasant vintage style and i think the carpets could be re done but apart from that everything was great.

The staffs warm greetings, constant smiles, and friendly demeanor contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, even in the face of rude guests. Notably, Nitin, the manager overseeing breakfast services and other services, has made a lasting impression. Having met him during my last two visits, I appreciate his ability to remember guests and engage in meaningful conversations. His dedication to ensuring guests are well taken care of without expecting anything in return truly embodies hospitality.     The Vintage Grand Hotel offers a decent price-quality ratio. The rooms are a bit outdated but kept clean, which is a big plus.     I want to share my experience in this Hotel. Last week I go to Dubai for vacations and I booked that hotel the price for staycation is reasonable when we entered the hotel the ambience was outstanding the room was nice and cosy I never want to leave it 😄 theres mini bar in our room. Room service is good parking is available. Swimming pool is free gym is free but massage and spa has prices . Theres a free shuttle service to JBR and mall of Emirates but theres timings and pick also where dropped. Overall experience is outstanding. Highly recommended to everyone for your next trip staycation.

    A good hotel with a good price to quality ratio.The staff is also quite friendly. Especially Junvy at the reception was so very friendly and helpfull. If there was a problem she would always help to solve it.I liked the gym very much as it has alot of equpment and weights and its kept clean and tidy by the staff. The spa is also amazing (for a hotel) A sauna and a steambath. Nice to relax in after a workout. The jacuzzi on the other hand is so so. There is alos a convenience store a pharmasutical store and an ATM.And also across the street a Dominos Pizza and a 24/7 gass station. Taxis pass by frequently so the wait for a taxi wont be longer than 10 minutes. There also lies a bit of a draw back. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the hotspots. During normal hours its not a problem, but during the rush hours a trip to for example the dubai mall can take up to 30 minutes, But in my opinion a small price to pay for a very affordable hotel.The Breakfast is also very good. A wide arrange to choose from. And also the roomservice is exellent. for those afther hour cravings. I did had some issues one of them being that there are two beds in a room but only one power outlet. Very inconvenient. When I went to the reception to ask for a exention cord or something like that the lady at the reception basically refused to help. Unfortunatly Junvy was not on shift. In the end the friendly Houskeeper arranged a multi socket extention cord. Apart from this I really like this hotel and wold definitly recommend it if you are on a smaller budget or just dont mind the extra time it will take by taxi.

    Good location and very good apartments. Spacious, TVs in every room and the living area. Dining table, washing machine, kitchen amenities, refrigerator, induction cooker, big sofa. Unlike the most of the Dubai hotels, they are giving plenty of 1.5 L water bottles. Only cons is the restaurant foods are average. That’s both breakfast and dinner. Only thing I loved the sea food live station. Quality and taste of the food could have been improved. Other facilities are very good sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, table tennis, etc. This is a perfect place for small family gathering because of the two bedroom apartment set up. Large living area and kitchen is good enough for hang out. Beds are comfortable. One king size bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. There are separate bathrooms for each bedroom.

    We stayed at Vintage Grand Hotel this weekend. We experienced a lovely brunch and dining experience with the live performances of the singers, hard drinks and a good range of live cooking stations. The restaurant staff were more than welcoming, humble, and friendly to me and my family, especially Shahrukh, Prathima, Thet, Precedes, Priyanka and the rest of the staff.F&B manager Laxmii was a great support for dining experiences at Fusion and Red Diamond restaurants. Housekeeping especially Pradeep did a great job in setting and arranging everything needed. He was welcoming and friendly, always making sure our needs were tended to .He always worked with a smile. Front Office Manager Akansha was very welcoming and ensured us of a comfortable stay with everything needed. Front office staff Imani was a great support during check in ensuring a quick check in process. Overall our stay was amazing, the hotel is well maintained and up to a 5 star hotel standard. The aroma surrounds the hotel with good fragrance around. Would definitely recommend to business associates, friends and family. Looking forward to stay again.

    Our stay at Vintage Grand hotel, Dubai was very pleasant. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable. Every day they ask how we are doing and they came for a chat. Especially the cleaners of our room Amit, Pradeep and Soe who works in the restaurant were very kind and friendly. Our room was cleaned well every day. Dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast are delicious. There is enough variety. The hotel has a beautiful, large swimming pool with supervision. This is our second time here.     I stayed here for 2 night in 2 bed rooms apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. In general the hotel is nice and has many facilities like mini market, pharmacy, ATM, and rental car office. I havent the chance to check the rest of the facilities as i was busy almost all the day.Location of the hotel is far from Dubai downtown but its near from Global Village, Dubai Parks and IMG World Parks.Staff were helpful and the price considered very good compared to what you get.

    I have stayed in this hotel for a month nearly since moving to UAE.The levels of service and hospitality you get are immaculate and some of the best i’ve ever recieved. I have made some good friends during my stay. The manager Akansha has become a very good friend of mine, she has always gone above and beyond to help, she listens and is very attentive. An absolute credit to the hotel.You will never walk past a staff member that isn’t smiling, happy to see you or happy to help.Hotel is always clean, the housekeeping are on time every day, they also are super friendly and chatty.The facilities for a hotel are actually very good, its the only gym I’ve been too in a hotel in Dubai that has a decent range of kit; if you’re into your fitness its defo worth a try if you stay.I do feel the hotel is a little bit expensive, food wise you have lots of options, again being new to Dubai at first I didn’t think it was actually that expensive but have came to the realisation it is, however all menus do include Tax and any charges in the price. They don’t have many “healthy” options and breakfast items arent served all day, however the chefs and staff at the lounge are always quick to help and will literally make whatever you want aslong as its reasonable and the food is always DELICIOUS.Location wise its amazing for the Marina, JVC, JGE, Sports City, Production City for anywhere central Dubai like Business Bay, Downtown, The Palm it is quite a distance and public transport isnt great so that can be expensive.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Its definitely a great value for money considering the amenities it offers, such as the convenience of having a pharmacy and a mini supermarket on-site. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. While the breakfast was average, it met my expectations considering the price. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient facilities, and excellent value for money.

    I have visited their restaurant several times and the place is worth the money. Restaurant manager always asks if there is any special request for the kids and my children are very happy dining here. The ambience is very relaxed, peaceful and not too busy. Parking available on site
