    Rooms are spacious, but furnishings look worn.. Staff are friendly, but limited interactions. there was some renovation so created a lot of noise.. they tried to keep it to 9-5 when we are not using the room.

    Located in central bur dubai , well connected with metro, buses & taxi.Well maintained property with ambient atmosphere and huge space.Rooms well furnished with all required amenities. The best part was attached kitchen with automatic front load washing machine and iron with stand.The bath area is also huge with neat and clean maintenance with bathtub.The staff was very polite and gave all required info as and when required

    This 5 star is for Mr.Sunil in the reception. His assistance and helpfulness was there since we arrive to the hotel to make a booking. His attentiveness was brilliant and he tried his best to fulfill our requests to make my parents visit in dubai a memorable one. Thank you Sunil, love from sri lanka

    My home for 22 days.. loved the place and especially the balcony as you can see the view from my balcony in the picture which i am posting.. i am little disappointed with the breakfast they serve.. the person who serves breakfast was very rude and the buffet breakfast spread was also very minimal.. otherwise other things was too good... love to stay again in the same room if ill get the chance..

    Firstly, I appreciate the reception personnel on how they entertain to us. Room crew very active to cleaning the rooms every day. Nice and spacious room with complete utensils for those who like cook. And provided Internet connection. Thanks a lot to the management of West Zone Plaza Hotel.

    I had a great stay at the hotel. Clean and spacious room. Prompt service and friendly staffs. Many thanks to Chef Satish who prepared an amazing set of menu for the small gathering party I had in the room. Food was really good. And also a big thanks to Mr. Krishna Swamy for his kind support.

    Dubai is the most amazing city in the world and West zone Plaza Hotel Apartments is the place to stay. Fabulous location, great super market and restaurant in the hotel itself. Huge rooms. What impressed me was the guest friendly staff they have and then great intent on customer service. Though the property is not cheap it was an amazing experience there. Congrats to the entire staff and management. I will be back for New years

    Massive apartment that accommodated my guests very well. The staff was so welcoming and even managed to help lull a last minute event into place with no stress to us! Highly recommended and advised for any future plans involving overseas guests stays

    Best experience. Spacious, great view and great staff!Spacious apartment, modern, very clean, nice bathrooms, daily cleaning service. The staff were very professional and available to help at any time. Superb location, walking distance from the metro station and the supermarket.

    Very nice lobby that is newly refurbished. The rooms are super super spacious with amenities. They are working to upgrade the hotel in a very nice modern style.

    Reasonable Price hotel,But for long term stay you need to confirm the Water Availability, they dont provide free water bottle after some time.

    West zone is a lovely.place to stay due to its budget friendly rates. It is also very close to the Metro, super markets and many attractions. Had a nice stay even more due to the kind and humble hospitality offered by the staff in particular by Trevor( GM), Raymond and the others. Despite an issue from the booking agent, they were obliging and gave me the best treatment. They made my trip very memorable.

    I stayed there three night it was amazing , good hotel , clean , near to ADCB metro station ( 8 minutes walking ) ,we took a studio and it was very good and occupied with everything even the kitchen, the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Sunil in the reception he was friendly, professional and very helpful he makes sure that all what I asked for was done , also ishak and faysal were very helpful and friendly, I’ll come back ofc 👌🏻

    You will never find an amazing hotel like West Zone plaza near ACDB metro station in Dubai. I dont just give 5 stars until I have had what Im looking for and I think this particular hotel deserves just more than 5 stars. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the sound proof against the busy road, uniquely laid beds and the dressing of their staffs were outstanding. I tip my hats off to them. Please keep up this for I will again and you wouldnt know when.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, from the lovely rooms to the excellent and courteus staff to the central and erfect location, it was a steal for the price I had.Would surely be back here when next I am in Dubai.Highly recommend it! 👍🏽

    Nice apartments hotel big rooms with attached kitchen washing machine iron and electric kettle. Balcony, central air condition. continental Breakfast. Pool and SPA also available.I recommend for family very resealable charges.i was stayed 5 nights

    Hotel is in a prime location. Al Karama is just walk-able from this hotel where you can find lots of restaurants even from South India. Dubai Frame is 10 mins walk from this hotel. Burj Khalifa is 15 mins drive from this hotel. You have Super market and restaurant right next to the hotel.The rooms are spacious with all amenities.How to get there,ADCB Metro stations is 2 mins walk from this hotel. So from airport you can direct reach the location within 20 mins.

    Prices are double worth as the room sizes are big enough which not hotel or hotel apartments usually cater. Staff are polite and guest friendly.. Overall pocket friendly beautiful views facing Downtown dubai..

    Nice rooms, service is also very good, gym & spa also available here, breakfast is also very nice with tea and coffee,juice,eggs,sandwich etc. Nice stay over here. Even one locker and iron board with iron are here for your cloth for ironing.
