I have talked to and met many real estate agents in Dubai. Me and my wife had decided to buy a 2-bed apartment but were not sure of what we wanted. We aren’t a fans of tall skyscrapers or pools inside flats stuff.When I communicated this to Mr Waleed from AND LUXURY PROPERTIES, somehow we had that connection in which he knew what we would like. We loved the first off plan builder property he showed.He was completely transparent of the positives and negatives. He gave an overview of the whole RE landscape in Dubai.
