    Ai met shagufta through my sister, she recommended her and i honestly i have yet to meet such an efficient and available agent in Duabi yet. she picks up my call even if i call late at night. she made videos of the apartment i wanted to buy(every single detail) as i was out of country. she took take of the bank details, had her people ready and also at land department it was shockingly fast transaction. i am so grateful i met her and i will be engaging her in ALL my future purchases.     From the start of the process to the end I cannot stress how fantastic this company or the real estate consultant, M Faheem Sha were. They were exceptional in delivering a 1st class service, fantastic pricing (fees) and very much customer centric.This was only the 2nd time myself and husband had rented in JVC Dubai with only 1 previous experience with an estate agent.Faheem from the initial meeting was professional, extremely knowledgable, helpful, transparent and polite.
