Good to have a real estate company which can understand the problems of tenants in these pandemic times. They have been very understanding on the late rents which I gave them due to salary cuts. They were very cooperative and gave me time to do the payments. Also at me renewal time they provided me with discount. I will stick to them and recommend them to others.
