I have had my share of bad experiences dealing with engineering companies and consultants. The most consistent problem I faced from every company was lack of information and feedback. I had to literally call them up every day to get the status of the project, which was tasking as this was part of their scope of work and responsibilities.However, one of my friends recommended ArabArch Architectural as he had a good experience with them. I was sceptical due to my past experiences but went ahead and approached them to discuss my requirements.The office is located in Bur Dubai and there is RTA parking available but during peak hours it could take a while before you get the parking.The employees at the front desk to the engineers in the back office were highly professional and knew what they were talking about. I explained my requirements and was given various solutions and ideas. The best part was that they suggested ideas that would reduce my overall costs and provide effective results.I also managed to meet the Chairman and Managing Director (Emiratis) who were down to earth and very cooperative. I could make out that their aim was customer satisfaction and they did not let their job titles come in the way of providing high quality customer service.I had a good experience with this company and their employees.
