    Great place for your business, with one issue, elevators are always busy, u will pray in the mosque in 10 minutes but u will go back to your office in 10 - 20 minutes, need to make it more efficient

    I have visited here once to shop from the supermarket. It is a huge building and has a lot of parking in it. There is a supermarket and multiple restaurants which are located around it and seems to be quickly accessible to mosque and carrefour from here. Not to confused this with Damac Executive Heights. They also have a swimming pool for the staff as well.

    During my recent visit to the property, I had the opportunity to observe a painting near the lifts, which greatly enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the premises. The floors were impeccably maintained, reflecting the diligent efforts of the property owners and the dedicated maintenance team. I would like to express my appreciation for the proactive action taken by both parties in ensuring the upkeep of the property. It is worth mentioning that my visit to the property was primarily for shopping purposes, and I was impressed by the vastness of the building and the ample parking facilities available. Additionally, the presence of a supermarket and various restaurants in close proximity further added to the convenience of the location. It is important to note that this property should not be mistaken for Damac Executive Heights. Furthermore, I noticed that the property also boasts a swimming pool exclusively for the staff, which is a commendable addition. Overall, I commend the property owners and the maintenance team for their dedication to providing a pleasant and well-maintained environment for visitors and occupants alike.

    Damac Smart Heights is a commercial tower located in Barsha Heights (Tecom). The tower offers perfect business enviroment. Located within a walking distance from the Metro, it is easy accesible and there are lot of public parking spaces.
