I was looking for a place in Dubai Land Residential Complex and DSO and Suhail arranged alot of viewings. I was dealing with alot of agents at the same time but Suhail stood out when it came to finding the place as per my requirements and I chose to stick with him exclusively. The communication was on point (with a minor issue which he rectified immediately and turned it around). He was super professional, helpful and patient. We finally found something we liked and paid down 2K AED deposit, unfortunately the owner needed much more time to finalize the appartment, I spoke to Suhail in detail and he totally understood the situation and got my refund back in 3 days from the day of cancellation of the booking as we couldnt wait that long for owner to finalize. I highly recommend Suhail.

This is the best real estate company i have dealt with. I was finding it so hard to find an apartment with my requirements and then came across DNAAR properties. When i told about my requirements, the agent who assisted me asked to wait for two days. First i thought it was a usual excuse to get rid of the client. But the agent got back to me exactly on the said time with an apartment with all the requirements i had mentioned. Just tell him what you want as a house to stay he finds it for you and some time he took me in his car to show the house .
