I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of JBR, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and Marina Walk. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process super smooth. The building facilities were also excellent — with a great gym, pool, and 24/7 security.Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai, whether for work or vacation. I’d definitely stay here again!

I cannot express enough about Mr Shine and his team. He has always been exceptional and continues to go above and beyond for my family is what I know of.My dear father who passed away recently was a client of Mr Shine’s introduced me to him. He took fantastic care of my father’s properties and became part of our family. Not only is he professional with work related things but also very helpful in other areas. During this extremely difficult period for me, he and his team members specifically Kinnari and Fahed have been nothing less than overly supportive in all matters. Typically, the worst part about renting is dealing with the real estate company or agent, as but for the first time in my life, I can say I had a positive experience with Dream Home Real Estate! I highly suggest Mr. Shine--he was very responsive during my rental application process and followed up on any maintenance issues that needed to be addressed after I moved in. The best and most responsive leasing team Ive had in all my years of renting. Furthermore, you may trust him with every part of the leasing process. He tried his utmost to answer any inquiries or concerns, even after the office had closed. Mr.Shine is outstanding and the best Real estate Agent Ive ever dealt with!!!!.His team was extremely communicative throughout the entire property rental process.
