    Aziz @ F&C was by far the most informative, friendly agent that we had met within our first 2 months in Dubai. He found us an amazing apartment in a prime location (downtown near dubai mall) & negotiated 2 cheques to 6, as well as helping us secure the apartment before we had our ID & bank accounts! He then found our colleague an apartment a few days later. He was very helpful every step of the way & we trusted him from the offset. Highly recommend!

    Daniiar Baiserkeev has literally been the best agent ever. I’ve been in Dubai since 2014 and have dealt with many Real Estate agents and he is by far the only one who has been so patient, kind and attentive. Mr. Farrukh Iminov took the time to drive me around the town, explain to me how the city works and the best possible to way to invest in Dubai. When I got back home from my vacation, I reached out to them and Diyor Kosimov helped me with the purchase of a property and took the time to explain to me the entire process.     I must have contacted about 20-30 estate agents when I was looking for accommodation in Dubai for approx AED100k/year. The whole exercise was deeply challenging, until I reached out to an individual named Daniiar from F&C Properties. They were professional, and I finally felt like I had found an agent that cared for my best interests.He ultimately enabled me to sign a rental agreement for an apartment that I had been interested in for a while (I previously tried to sign a lease for that same apartment through a different agent from Engel en Volkers, but the deal fell through). He even helped me to negotiate a better price, which was a pleasant surprise (I was pleasantly surprised because I knew that the lower price would reduce his commission, which was something that other agents I dealt with typically pushed back on). He also helped me with all the paperwork and admin that comes with renting a place, and even drove me to the various government departments where I needed to submit paperwork.If you are serious about finding accommodation to rent in Dubai, reach out to F&C properties and ask for Daniiar. You can thank me later for this tip.

    I would like to share our BEST Experience with REAL ESTATE AGENT.We are living in UAE for 4 years, and so far wasn’t super impressed by agent ( super late, not updated for apt already rented, wrong information given …)Until we met last week, Mr. BHARAT KUMAR from F&C Properties. Dubai’s market is getting very hard and high competition is there between tenants.Mr. Bharat fought for us to find the best apartment , where we felt home.
