It was a a great experience dealing with Fam Properties. We were in touch with Talal at the Villanova Branch and he was very kind and supportive to assist us with finding a home.Due to current rent increments, we were looking for a house in villanova and after dealing with many real estate agencies in Dubai with unethical practices, overcharging commissions and unreasonable demands based on false advertising, we were finally giving up our search. During the entire time, Talal was in touch with us and assuring us that we will find something. He introduced us to the owner in person to complete the formalities and also explained everything as per RERA with complete transparency.We finally took posession of the property on 1st December 2022 with much ease.I would highly recommend Talal at Fam Properties for your next home. -
