    I am an admittedly a very tough customer to please but I specifically rushed to write this review because I am extremely satisfied with GTA. Wow! In one day I was able to properly communicate with their staff, get a quote, book an inspector, complete the inspection AND get the final report. This type of quick and efficient service is not normal for Dubai. Very please and I highly recommend. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable and effective at his job. Communication with Sarah and Ehab were quick and professional. They are certified by RERA and Dubai municipality which means the report will be valid in court against our tenant.

    Getting GTA to help us with snagging before we received handover of our new villa was the best investment. GTA were very thorough and professional from the first interaction.     I had been looking for someone to inspect my house for a year and why I did not come across GTA sooner, I have no idea! Most companies only do commercial buildings, not residential homes and if they do, only in Dubai! GTA works everywhere in the UAE, they are efficient, customer friendly, and Ehab the engineer who carried out the inspection was just wonderful. Even before I hired GTA, Ehab spent time explaining to me how the process works, what the issues could be etc... Just great.     Hi had my villa handover inspection done by GTA and Im very happy with the service provided. GTA inspector came well prepared, before the agreed time and immediately started the work without wasting any minute. The property was checked thoroughly including the exterior (garden, garage, roof) and interior. Every room was checked in detailed, the inspection included electrical test, water test, HVAC, leak detection, and overall defects. The snagging report was generated within 1 day and included clear photos, and videos of the defects.

    This is the only UAE-based home inspector thats listed on InterNACHis website as a licensed inspector. GTA is based in Dubai but would travel to Abu Dhabi and other emirates. Their price is higher when compared to what you would pay in North America. However, for the value of what you get as a homeowner, I would still recommend GTAs service.I used GTAs services twice. Once for a 5 bedroom house and once for my 1 bedroom apartment. In both cases, the report I received was thorough and detailed with pictures and videos. The inspectors ( Farid and Prasad) were available next day to happily address questions and concerns. Most highly recommended!
