Al Jada is a beautiful development. Incredibly well thought out. When the development is finished everything needed will be within a few minutes drive in the community. Fantastic job by the developer and Sharjah leadership in creating such a space.The sales team were very welcoming and answered the million questions we asked before they assisted us to purchase our home. They were very well briefed on the development of the community, the surrounding spaces and Sharjah in general. The free flowing coffee was very welcome and tasty.We left with our future home and good feelings about the process. Well done to the Al Jada team.

Rodrigo was amazing to work with! Beyond being helpful and knowledgeable about local real estate, he was honest. He tried to help me make the best decision for me regardless if it was going to lower his commission. I’ve worked with a lot of realtors and sales agents around the UAE and he was simply the best. You guys did it all.But a company is known from the employees it hires and here I especially would like to thank two SUPER STARS... one Gia other one Farheen. Gia was patient, heard and identified our needs. And once she knew we were interested she passed us to all time Super Star Farheen. If you are buying a property and apprehensive about it than you need to get in touch with Farheen. First of all she is very patient, will not intimidate you. Through out the process she was very calm, guided us regarding the entire buying process and best of all she identified the best property for us. Its hard to be good listener these days and she listened to us and not only listened but helped and motivated us in finalising the deal. Even after the sales was done, she remained in touch and keeps asking us about any issues or apprehension and guiding all the way. Excellent experience with Ms Ranushi who took me through Arada’s Aljada project. Offered genuine perspective and comparison against other projects, never hard sell and always responsive. Ranushi went the extra mile to secure units/offers from the developer even without a EOI committed. Would recommend Ms Ranushi if you are looking to buy or just looking at the market for the first time.
