    Twice now I have had trouble with Builders in Dubai and both times Lands Sterling came in to give an unbiased report and advice. My latest project was particularly complicated and I agreed the firm come and supervise twice a week until completion. The supervision has been undertaken by Larzie A Nunag and his attention to detail has been outstanding. Larzie has been an incredible resource for me, not only on his supervision, but also on his expertise. For example, the Builder will tell me what I want is not possible for such and such a reason, but Larzie will explain directly to the Builder how to achieve what I want (basically telling the Builder how to do his job - which I could never do).

    I am extremely happy to share my exceptional experience of dealing with Land Sterling Consultants and the numerous members of their team....who were all amazing and really helpful.So I have to start with Jane who was unquestionably brilliant in all her communications in terms of timelines, responsiveness and friendliness....super friendly but with professionalism, integrity and knowledge.I had three de-snagging inspection reports commissioned by Land Sterling to inspect a newly completed property and their service was second to none. From arranging appointment times, to coordinating key collections to liaising with the inspection engineers, to making additional requests for room measurements....everything Land Sterling do is to help the customer in every way possible to the best of their abilities.Next the Land Sterling Engineers, Adrian and Mohammed. Both very professional, attention to detail and meticulous in their work. Not only all this, but I was also able to remotely keep in contact with them and ask many questions without them getting annoyed at all....so so helpful and reassuring in their inspection work. Thank you so much for your kind patience and perseverance with all my questions and queries.Finally, the Inspection Reports themselves....exceptionally high quality PDF documents with huge amounts of detail highlighting each snag/defect with location and a picture. All this followed by a detailed summarised table with statistics on the total number of snags by category and after each report you have a clear understanding of how many were completed and how many snags left to address by the developer. And a report turn around time of less than 1 day or maximum 2 days....just exceptional diligence and customer focused care and attention...So overall Land Sterling deserve 7 stars for their service and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wishing to have a Snagging Inspection Report undertaken. Finally price-wise also very very competitive and value for money...Thank you Land Sterling, thank you Jane, Adrian, Mohammed and all the team for your kind assistance and exceptional services..can not fault you at all!!!Anjum

    Mohammad Ismail did a fantastic job with the snagging and de-snagging for my property. I found him to be extremely thorough and accurate in what he does. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. He even covered the slightest details leaving no stone unturned and that really gave us peace of mind.
