Deepa from Levante helped us with a deal on a Warehouse in DIP, firstly to take it on rent and then within less than a year, to buy it out. Given our requirement specifications, this was an excellent deal which met our expectations. The buyout was the icing on the cake as it took care of our future plans also.Have to say that the services extended by Deepa went way and beyond the standard services. In fact, she continues to provide services even today though the transaction was done in Feb 2024 itself. Am yet to see any professional broker provide such high level of services.Giving a full 5 stars to Deepa. Would recommend her to any one interested in commercial properties
