Rented a beautiful apartment with Livedubai for 5 years, no problems. Really good unit for a fair price. They had some staff changes recently so there were some delays, but generally they are responsive and helpful. They have quite good offers in Marina, unlike other agents who are quoting unreasonable prices.I recently interacted with Ms. Michelle and she helped me broker a settlement with my owner for early termination in a professional manner.

My experience with their agent, Hassan Lakhani, was quite unique. For the first time, I met an agent who was not pushing the property.I was asking for a discount on the property. When I said the “The property has a leak and it’ll cost me aed 3k to fix”, his response was, “No sir, actually it’ll end up costing you aed 10k because the entire tub will have to be replaced.”When I said “I guess this will rent for aed 40,000 a year, so that’s a yield of 10pc”, he corrected me, “Sir maybe not, I’d say aed 36,000”.In both instances, his input was direct, clear and honest, despite being potentially detrimental to the sale.Needless to say, we bought the property from him. A major reason was how we found him to be concise, clear, and direct in his communication. Hassan was a breathe of fresh air in an industry well known to be full of shady salespersons. Highly, highly recommended.
