Excellent service from start to finish. I have had a wonderful time staying in the fresh and modern studio provided by Mr. Waqas. The room was so clean and cozy that I found it hard sometimes to leave and go to the beach. All amenities and services included. The building itself is wonderfully designed and has a beautiful pool on the roof with a fully equipped gym, tennis court, jacuzzi, sauna, and a steam room. One of the best luxurious stays I have ever had. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends have acquired 4 units in total and I can tell you that the service is of boutique quality, tailor-made and very human. We had no knowledge of how the formalities work in Rak but they guided us from A to Z. Their rental service is fast and very transparent. Thank you to this wonderful realtor couple.

A very wonderful and quiet place. Staying in a two- and third-room apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment was clean and spacious and everything was available in it.... I would like to thank Brother Waqas, a very respectable person. He always communicated with us and made sure of our comfort.
