Mr Puneet Kumar is an extremely helpful and honest Property Manager in Dubai. For the past five years, he has managed my townhouse in Townsquare, Dubai.There has never been an issue during this period. He is responsive and always acts in close consultation. He documents every step and shares those accordingly. I introduced some colleagues to him during the past years, and all of them have had the same excellent experience with Mr. Puneet. Mr. Puneet is the right man if you have a property in Dubai to manage!

If you are new or have spent a few years in Dubai so far, by now you understand what real estate agencies all are about. I remember when I moved to Dubai, it was more of a push from the agent on take this, this is the best deal. Rather than asking the question of, what is your requirement?This was the same scenario at the time of purchase, while I was looking for a villa, everyone I met was kind of forcing me into committing something. Enter – Mr. Puneet Chauhan AKA Panache Homes. Puneet was the only one who actually spent time in understanding my requirements, it was never about the budget for him but what I want to do with the property in the long run. He helped me understand how a property in Mira would make more sense to me than going for any other nearby places which are high in price and less in value. Honestly, I was leaning more towards the old properties in the beginning of the qudra road. I am today sitting in a much better place, the SqFT area is more than expected and the family loves it. This quality of Puneet has made him my go to advisor when it comes to any property investment for myself or my family. I now recommend all my folks to talk to him first before investing anywhere in U.A.E.

I has to be the fortune of being assisted by Punit and I was pleasantly surprised.Not only was he very warm and welcoming but also had a very calm + poised approach. He got us a property which we were eyeing but couldnt close. He came in and made everything happen within a few days. I was always at ease throughout the transaction and I highly recommend Punit.We have gone from client / broker to good friends in a matter of a few weeks and thats primarily down to his non-pushy and friendly approach to me + my awesomeness. Haha.
