Every time I reviewed a new property, Ahmed would perform a methodical inspection of different builders and their finishes and appliances. Ahmed LED me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get a price that I was comfortable with. In the end I found the property that was perfect for me and Im Still Loving It.

I would definitely recommend Prime Capital Real Estate for purchasing or renting a home in Dubai. I have purchased 2 properties through them and it has been a smooth process without any hassle. Both investments have given me handsome dividends. One of the properties has been rented out already (the other is still being constructed). Tahirs range of knowledge on the subject, his advice, clarity and communication have all been spot-on. He genuinely had my interest at heart, and that is a sure-fire way of retaining a customer. I plan to build my portfolio of investments with the help of Prime Capital, I dont find the need to look anywhere else.
