    We found the service from Property Check very professional and detailed. We are not based in UAE and their team was always very prompt from the time of receiving the quote and list of services, to scheduling the property visit, and during the visit as well when their representative professionally liaisoned with the builder in our absence. Besides the cosmetic appearances and external checks, they carried technical equipment which was able to check thoroughly even the heating losses/ airconditioning ducts in the entire unit. We were earlier on the fence contemplating whether or not to hire a snagging company, but the level of detailing in identifying and reporting the snags was very impressive and totally worth it. The only feedback wed like to share for future reports is to take clearer pictures for ease of understanding the problem area.

    Fast, efficient & responsive. Liam was on it from the get go and had one of the team out swiftly to conduct a report for me relating to a particular issue. The inspector was on time, polite, tidy and well informed and found the problem others could not find.......plus a couple more I had no idea about. Honestly wish I had done this before move in (even as a tenant) as the easy to read pictorial evidence doesnt lie and would have saved a lot of headaches.     The guys at property check were absolutely fantastic. Great to deal with brilliant customer service. The technician who came to do the property check was brilliant, so thorough and gave advice on things he found and items he felt were a show stopper for safety etc. wish we had done this before buying but just as happy doing it now we own the property as we’ve been able to set out the items we want to prioritise fixing and getting up to scratch.A really good service and the report is very detailed, fully interactive and clearly marked photos of the issues.     Great experience. I requested full property snagging for a new house in handover phase to identify all the gaps and mistakes the contractor had made. Property Check highlighted over 300 observations which I am forcing the contractor to fix before the handover. Some of those observations were extremely critical and I am so glad they were found. Very thorough report and even comes with recommendations and free quotation link for shops that can do the fixes. Thank you so much !

    Would highly recommend Property Check team for snagging. Had checked few other firms but their reviews, ease of using/ booking through their website and ability to communicate easily with Liam made me choose them. Whole throughout the process Liam was very helpful in answering and clearing any questions or concerns you have as a first time buyer regarding snagging and the issues you find in the property.The inspection done by Zishan and Saji was thorough and we were surprised by the issues that were in the detailed report which normally we would have overlooked, some of them being critical.     I appointed property check to complete my snagging on a 2 bed new build apartment through Emaar in Downtown. From the get go they were extremely helpful and professional. Saji our inspector went above and beyond and sent me what’s app photos, dimensions and videos in addition to the comprehensive report he did for me.
