All 5 stars are for his professionalism, helpfulness in answering any questions regarding the entire process as well as unit inspection points. Will decide refer him to anyone looking for a snag.

Honestly, i never knew about snagging services till i purchased a villa. The best decision to go with snagging while i was getting a handover from developer. I found so many issues with grouting, ceiling, etc. which could have cost me in thousands. Luckily with this snagging report, i was able to get the things done by developer itself. Found Mr. Nafeez Tariq as one of the dedicated person who personally explained me each and every thing while doing snagging. Very impressed and very proud that i proceeded with this Company. Not to forget that they are most reasonable with pricing as well. Try them once and you will be proud of your decision.
