I have dealt with Real Returns Real Estate for so many years now. Asna and Ibrahim are highly professional. They are very trust worthy people. True sometimes they are too busy but after a while they get back to you in a very humble way. They manage my property as if it is theirs and I really enjoy dealing with them.

Real Returns was referred to me by a colleague of mine, who has used their services to rent an apartment in JLT. I initially met with a number of brokers to discuss my requirements before deciding to go with Real Returns as my agents for buying my property and subsequently renting it out. Asnaand Ibrahim have been a pleasure to work with, and have always been extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. There was no push from them to close on a property just for the sake of it - they took the time to understand my requirements, and recommended options accordingly. They were extremely patient throughout the process of multiple viewings, before we decided on the apartment we wanted to buy.I would highly recommend Real Returns to anyone looking at buying or renting an apartment in Dubai.

And while having browsed the market at the time and brushed up with several other Brokers, the services they offered even from the primary meeting clearly stood out. Asna is very professional and is primarilydriven by providing an honest advice first and a sale as a byproduct afterwards. She is prompt in her response, meticulous and transparent with the procedures involved and is clear on any fine prints... I tapped Asna for advice and some ancillary services in the years after the sale...all minute rent management things...and every time she was just as dependable and professional and warm.
