I want to commend Simple Real Estate for having assisted several friends in our group in renting properties. Their speciality is that they understand the limitations/specifications of the tenant/owners and accordingly give you the options. This saves time and effort on both sides and gives me and my friends some assurance given the industry is rife with malpractices and frauds. Very nice! I lived here for 7 years with my dog since Im lonely and Im busy with my job. But the staff never made me feel lonely. They always welcomed me and were very nice to me. The payments were super easy to make. Im very satisfied. The apartment was very nice. 10/10 THANK YOU
