Beautiful apartment right in the heart of the marina in an amazing building with excellent facilities. The host check in process was amazing. Allowed me to an early check in. The apartment is completely newly furnitured and completely renovated with excellent homley feeling. All the essential are provided in this apartment. I stayed at the damac heights which was awful.. moved here after I returned from my trip. Andri team of cleaners keep the apartment in top condition. They gave the apartment a proper deep clean and change all the bedsheets duvet and pillow covers which I saw them doing unlike other airbnbs and holiday lets in dubai . My stay here was amazing. Very responsive to any issues. His team contacted me twice to see if everything was OK. Nice size TV too if you wish to chill. I would definitely stay here again if available. I had an excellent free parking space too for my hired car. Easy to get in and out of the building. No issue with my friends popping over. Top host.

Hello,I can say that the apartment where I lived for 6 days was superb, extremely clean, furnished and equipped very well. Its location on the 75th floor is fantastic and takes your breath away when you step out onto the balcony. The tours were extremely well organized and we felt safe all the time. The team is 100% professional and you can call anytime with confidence. I recommend with all confidence!

I highly recommend the apartment where I stayed for a week. The superb view from the 48th floor, all facilities nearby, cleanliness. Picking up the apartment was very easy, even though I did it at 4am. The apartment is ideally located in Dubai Marina.The view is dreamlike, and our host Andra was always close to us, she responded very quickly to all requests and recommended some wonderful places to visit.The beds are huge and very comfortable, the only thing that could be improved would be the furniture in the kitchen (but it does not influence your vacation in any way).I recommend with all confidence.

Neat apartment in the Marina with a superb view of the city, close to shops, Jbr beach, mall, restaurants...etc.We were met at 23.00 in Abu Dhabi by a car that took us directly to our accommodation in Dubai.Thank you Andrei and her team for this wonderful stay!We will definitely come back!thank you!
