What seems to be a straightforward market in the beginning turned into a nightmare after a few weeks. Endless visits, endless talks with brokers and intransparent information being relayed.The only thing I can say is that I would of have been lost without the professionals at VG. At the start I had a zoom conference with Valeria and her mother in which they asked about my wishes and needs. Almost a week later, I was shown suitable objects via Zoom. On my subsequent visit to Dubai we went to 2 great properties. Service was very important to the two ladies. Likewise the quality and preparation of the appointments. Subsequent discussion with adjustments to furniture, calculations, referral to German-speaking Stb, who also advise in Dubai and for Dubai. The service was never intrusive, but rather respectful and characterized by a lot of expertise. Mother and daughter have left a lasting impression in terms of quality, competence and joy of life. I can recommend both without reservation.
