    In Dubai there are hundreds of Real Estate Agents which makes it difficult in deciding which Agency to deal with.I was very fortunate to deal with Bhoomi Rana who represents White Bricks Real Estate.She quickly got me a fair rent for my 3 bedroom townhouse. She smoothly arranged signing of the contract, collection of cheques which she kept safely with her untill I was able to collect them.She was vey efficient in organising the cleaning, maintenance and Landscaping of the unit.She arranged obtaining necessary work permits (No Objection Certificates) for maintenance workers to enter the community compounds.She did all of the above on her own while communicating with me on phone/Whatsapp and she was there all the time updating me accordingly.Despite all of the challenges she faced in resolving many issues relating to the renting of my property, Bhoomi Rana was always very cheerfully.I thank her very much and wish her all the best.

    Extremely professional attitude; Commendable real estate insights and advice. Helped me in leasing/selling in some properties owned by me as well as buying and can truly say that the entire process has been very smooth all through with frequent updates. At all steps they advised me on the market and prices and gave some real strong tips on locations and projects. For example i was happy selling a JBR property for 20% premium. The broker asked me to wait and eventually exited at 45% premium. Trustworthy and capable in what they do.
