It was our first experience of buying real estate in another country. My husband and I prepared ourselves as best we could, but still it was impossible to do without the help of an agency.We chose WORLDWISE agency because our manager Arina already had a lot of experience in real estate in Dubai and after the first meeting with her, we realized that we made the right choice. The level of professionalism, willingness to help and answer all questions was at a high level.In a very short period of time Arina helped us to find several excellent options that exactly matched our criteria: location, number of rooms, price. Viewings were organized quickly, even managed to invite a repair specialist (again through the agency), so that he estimated the approximate cost for future repairs and the overall condition of the apartment. The choice was made. Next, we started the process of collecting all the final documents for the transaction. Our case turned out to be very specific: buying a mortgage apartment from the owner with a valid mortgage. Arina and her team quickly helped us to understand all the nuances and in a month and a half from the first meeting with the agency we received the keys to the apartment.At the first stage it seemed a bit exciting to take on the job, but if we had known in advance that WORLDWISE was a relaxing place to work with from the very beginning, we wouldnt have even thought about who to work with.Thank you to Arina and her team.
