Amazing support by Mr. Saud Khan. Frankly I do not even know the company name but Saud. I found him very reliable, honest and best knowledge about real estate in UAE. We rented an apartment through Zenith Homes and dealt with Saud. He negotiated on our behalf to get a price and cheque option that both we and the landlord were happy with. We had a quick turnaround time (made the offer on Saturday with move in date on Tuesday) and faced some issues with getting our online community portal set-up with move-in permit permission that we needed, which needed to be submitted by the landlord. After telling Saud our issue on the Monday that this happened, him and his colleague (Danish - I think) came to meet us at short notice the same day and acted as the POC for the landlord and everything was sorted in minutes.If you want an agent who is highly responsive, with zero bulls**t and who is willing to go out of their way to help you when in a difficult situation - then I’d highly recommend Zenith Homes

I went through agent Danish - he could not have been more helpful! It was my first time to buy in Dubai and I literally had a million questions. He was patient, reliable and always assisted me whenever I needed it. He really made a long process less stressful and I would not hesitate to use him, or Zenith Real Estate again.
